Imali su priliku da vide kako izgleda <strong>svakodnevni rad u proizvodnji<\/strong> i kako funkcioni\u0161u industrijske operacije u praksi.<\/p><p data-start=\"1679\" data-end=\"1980\">Od pripreme materijala do zavr\u0161ne kontrole, studenti su stekli uvid u to kako je organizovano savremeno proizvodno okru\u017eenje, kao i na koji na\u010din razli\u010diti timovi sara\u0111uju kako bi se obezbedili kvalitet i efikasnost.<\/p><p data-start=\"1982\" data-end=\"2243\">Pored tehni\u010dkih informacija, poseta je tako\u0111e istakla <strong>zna\u010daj odgovornosti u industrijskom radnom okru\u017eenju<\/strong>. Kroz razgovor sa zaposlenima, studenti su mogli da razumeju kako se ovaj princip primenjuje u svakodnevnim aktivnostima i za\u0161to je va\u017ean za stabilno funkcionisanje proizvodnje.<\/p><p data-start=\"2245\" data-end=\"2534\">Naro\u010dit fokus bio je na <strong>bezbednosti na radu<\/strong> i <strong>odr\u017eivosti<\/strong>. Studentima su ovi principi predstavljeni kao integralni deo poslovnih aktivnosti, pokazuju\u0107i da moderno industrijsko radno okru\u017eenje se\u017ee dalje od proizvodnje - tako\u0111e osigurava i bezbedne i odgovorne operacije.<\/p><p data-start=\"2536\" data-end=\"2714\">Poseta je bila i prilika za <strong>razmenu mi\u0161ljenja<\/strong>. Studenti su postavljali pitanja i delili utiske, \u010dime je dodatno nagla\u0161ena va\u017enost teorije i prakse.<\/p><p data-start=\"2716\" data-end=\"2930\">Ovakvi doga\u0111aji nagla\u0161avaju zna\u010daj <strong>povezivanja obrazovanja i industrije<\/strong>. Kroz upoznavanje sa realnim industrijskim okru\u017eenjem studenti bolje razumeju svoje budu\u0107e profesionalne uloge.<\/p><p data-start=\"2932\" data-end=\"3086\">\u017deleli bismo da se zahvalimo Akademiji i studentima na inicijativi i poseti. Bilo nam je zadovoljstvo da vas ugostimo.
