Inserting pins machine

The objective of this project is to develop a new machine and optimize the existing process, with a focus on reducing production time, ensuring product quality, and standardizing operations. The complete design, manufacturing, assembly, wiring and programming were carried out by our company.

The process has been upgraded from manual placement and inserting to a fully automated system, on way that repeated manual work is replaced with machine work. The job stays the same inserting pins into plastic holders.
