Pin inserting machine

The objective of this project is to develop a new machine and optimize the existing process, with a focus on reducing production time, ensuring product quality, and standardizing operations. The complete design, manufacturing, assembly, wiring and programming were carried out by our company.

The process has been upgraded from manual placement and embossing to a fully automated system, where a robotic arm positions and embosses pins into the plastic holder.
