In-house PCBA production

From the beginning of 2026, Gruner Serbian provides complete PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) production for a wide range of industrial and consumer applications. Currently implemented for our own products, this capability represents a strategic expansion of our portfolio, with the long-term objective of offering full electronics manufacturing services (EMS) to external partners.

Our experience covers applications such as:

• small household appliances and white goods (refrigerators, washing machines),
• electronics for servo motors,
• electronics for power tools (grinders, drills).
• We are also open to collaborative development projects and the co-creation of new electronic solutions such as drones, robotics and automation systems.

We support our customers throughout the entire product lifecycle: from design support and development, through prototyping and validation, to serial production. Our structured processes ensure reliability, repeatability, and compliance with demanding industrial standards.

Our fully automated SMT line includes solder paste printing, 3D solder paste inspection (SPI), pick & place, reflow soldering, and Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI). Additional processes are organized in dedicated production islands and include X-ray inspection, selective soldering for THT components, potting, and functional testing of electronic assemblies.

By combining automation, inspection systems, and controlled testing procedures, Gruner Serbian delivers high-quality, scalable, and reliable PCBA solutions for diverse industrial requirements.
