Functional testing station of Gearboxes

The transmission functional testing station is designed to perform functional checks of teh transmission mechanism of actuators for fire and smoke protection. The testing station verifies the basic characteristics of the transmission mechanism, measures the rotation angle, checks the response time in case of closing or opening, and monitors the drive motor current, among other parameters. All parameters are displayed graphically in the Labview software package, and the main results are stored on the local server of the testing station, linked to the serial number of the respective mechanism.
