Gruner Serbian is a production plant, located in Vlasotince (50 km from Niš) in the South of Serbia with 11,000m² of production area with more than 350 employees, working in a fully integrated way with assembly lines, molding, stamping, tool shop and machinery area.

Procurement Specialist
About your job
Requirements:
- Collaborative procurement works closely with cross functional agile teams to understand and meet their procurement needs,
- Facilitate transparent communication between vendors stakeholders and team members to ensure similes procurement processes,
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers,
- Identify evaluate and select suppliers based on quality cost and delivery capability,
- Develop and maintain strong relations ships with key suppliers, negotiation contracts and agreements to secure favorable teams,
- Participate with agile ceremonies (daily sprint planning retro), to stay Aline with goals teams and progress,
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost saving and process improvements,
- Implement strategy to optimize procurement costs while maintaining high quality standards,
- Develop contingency plan to ensure business continuity and minimize impact on project time lines,
- Stay up to date with best practice and emerging trends in procurement and supply chain management,
Qualifications:
- Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills,
- Analytic mindset with ability to use data driven decision making,
- Ability to work collaboratively in the fast-paced, dynamic environment,
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details,
- Familiar with procurement and supply chain management software(e. SAP).
